The Outpatient Services Centre at North York General Hospital modernizes the patient experience with a 21,000 sq. ft. clinic environment designed for efficiency, wellness, and team-based care. Our team led the fit-up of this adaptive reuse project, converting a former office floor into a bright, accessible clinical space that consolidates diagnostic imaging, ambulatory care, and specialty outpatient services. Emphasizing patient-centered design, the layout prioritizes intuitive wayfinding, natural light, and streamlined operational flows to support NYGH’s model of integrated, community-focused healthcare.
