Jam3 / Media Monks’ Toronto studio is a purpose-built environment for immersive content creation—tailored to support the dynamic workflows of VR, AI, and next-gen digital experience teams. Designed by Lebel & Bouliane, the two-storey space integrates high-performance AV infrastructure, adaptive lighting, and acoustic zoning to support intensive computing work and real-time collaboration. A central bleacher stair doubles as a showcase theatre, with projection mapping and spatial audio for large-scale presentations and digital prototyping.

Throughout the studio, open and enclosed zones flex between focus and ideation, allowing technical and creative teams to shift seamlessly from heads-down development to client-facing engagement. Lighting, developed in collaboration with Alula, balances screen-intensive tasks with circadian wellness—crucial in a high-output, digital-only environment. From hybrid workstations to a ground-floor community hub designed for full-team activation, the studio offers a scalable, tech-forward framework for companies building tools—and worlds—for the future.
