George Brown College TLX and OAE Office

This renovation reimagined 3,000 sq. ft. of former executive space into a dynamic hub for George Brown College’s TLX and OAE teaching departments. Designed by G architects, the project introduces a flexible workplace model that integrates open offices, meeting spaces, and specialized environments including a Virtual Reality lab, podcast recording studio, and technology testing rooms. By balancing collaborative zones with heads-down work areas, the design supports a culture of innovation, research, and industry-facing education within a compact urban footprint.
