Eurofins CDMO Alphora Kilo Lab

Our team led the transformation of 2,300 sq. ft. of office space into a state-of-the-art API Kilo Lab, purpose-built to support Eurofins CDMO Alphora’s growing HPAPI process development and GMP manufacturing operations. Designed for precision, containment, and speed, the new lab integrates specialized HVAC systems, custom casework, and controlled material flows to meet the highest standards for cGMP compliance and personnel safety.

Delivered on an accelerated 16-month schedule, the project included a new API Kilo Lab, Quality Control lab, and technical support spaces, seamlessly aligned to Alphora’s operational workflows. From demolition to commissioning, every element was engineered for performance, enabling Alphora to scale advanced pharmaceutical manufacturing in a tightly regulated, high-containment environment.
